FAQ


WHEN AND WHERE IS THE FESTIVAL?
The event runs over 3 days March 27-29.
The main festival is on Saturday March 28 at
The Beechworth Historic Precinct Reserve.
The festival Is in Beechworth, North East VIctoria.


WHAT ARE SATURDAY’S FESTIVAL HOURS?
Gates open 11:30am
Music programming from 12-8:30pm
Gates close 9:00pm

Playing times will be released closer to the event.


IS THE FESTIVAL FAMILY-FRIENDLY?
The festival is all ages and family friendly.
There will be a kids entertainment zone.


WHERE CAN I BUY TICKETS?
Tickets are available for purchase on Humanitix
via the links on the event website.


CAN I BUY TICKETS AT THE GATE?
Yes. But we’d always recommend purchasing in advance


DO I NEED A TICKET FOR FRI/SUN?
These are both FREE events that are not ticketed,
however you can pre-order food via the website
or book a table at the venue for Sunday.


ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE?
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable,
except in the case of event cancellation due to severe
weather or unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, 
we will provide information on refunds or rescheduled
dates. Please ensure you can attend
before purchasing your ticket.


DO KIDS NEED A TICKET?
Everyone entering the fesitval on Saturday needs
a ticket. We have ticket options for all ages.


WHAT FOOD AND DRINK OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
We’ll have 13 brewers, distillers and a local wine bar.
We will have plenty of non-alc options.
We’ll have 4 food vendors - Serving up a variety of
cuisine to cater to all dietaries and ages.


CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINKS?
You can bring your own water bottles and we’ll have
water stations throughout the site. There is no BYO
alcohol for obvious reasons. BYO food is fine.


IS THE SITE ACCESSIBLE?
The site adheres to accessibility standards however
please note that there are uneven surfaces that may
impact some mobility devices.


ARE THERE TOILETS, INCLUDING ACCESSIBLE FACILITIES?
There are toilets on site as well as an accessible toilet.
Additional public toilets located opposite the
festival entrance.


IS THERE SEATING AVAILABLE?
We have plenty of seating available throughout the site.
You’re also welcome to bring your own camping
style chairs.


WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO GET TO THE FESTIVAL?
Please refer to the Getting Here section of our website.


IS THERE PARKING ON-SITE?
There is no parking on site. Plenty of all day parking
available throughout Beechworth. Please observe
parking signs where applicable.


ARE THERE NEARBY ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS?
Please refer to the Where to Stay section of our website.


CAN I BRING MY DOG?
We love dogs, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed
at any of the festival events. However, accredited
assistance dogs (such as guide dogs and service animals)
are welcome. If you’re bringing an assistance dog,
please ensure they are clearly identified.


WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
The festival will go ahead rain or shine, but in the case
of severe weather—such as electrical storms, high winds,
or bushfires—we will follow all safety protocols and may
need to delay, modify, or cancel parts of the event.
Any updates will be communicated via our website
and social media channels, so be sure to check for the
latest information. Your safety is our priority!

CAMPING FAQ


WHERE IS CAMPING LOCATED?
Camping is at Mayday Hills Cricket Oval.
It’s not on the festival site — it’s just over 1km away.


WHO CAN CAMP?
Camping is strictly 18+.


WHAT AM I ACTUALLY BUYING?
An unpowered 6m x 8m campsite
with space for 1 vehicle.
Tent and vehicle to fit within the site area.


HOW MUCH IS CAMPING?
$70 per site (includes 2 people for 2 nights).

Additional campers:
$30 per person (covers both nights).



IS THERE A MINIMUM STAY?
Yes — 2 nights minimum (Friday & Saturday).


CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES?
Check-in:
Friday 12pm–9pm and Saturday 9am–2pm

Check-out:
Sunday by 12pm.


CAN I ARRIVE ON SATURDAY?
Yes — Saturday check-in is 9am–2pm.


WHAT AMENITIES ARE PROVIDED?
Hot showers and toilets are on site.


IS IT POWERED?
No — unpowered camping.


HOW MANY VEHICLES CAN I BRING?
One vehicle per site.
(parked within your site footprint)


WHAT IF WE HAVE MORE THAN ONE VEHICLE?
One vehicle per site. If you have a second vehicle,
staff can direct you to designated parking (limited).

Extra vehicles can’t be parked on your campsite,
so allow a little extra time to unload and get set up.


ARE CARAVANS/CAMPERVANS/TRAILERS ALLOWED?
No — tents only.


CAN I BRING A GENERATOR?
No generators.


CAN I COOK AT THE CAMPSITE?
No cooking in the campground.
No fires and no gas cookers or BBQs.


CAN I BRING ALCOHOL?
No BYO alcohol in the campground.
Especially no glass.


CAN I BRING MY PET?
No pets.


QUIET HOURS?
Quiet hours are 11pm–7am.



IS THERE STAFF/SECURITY?
Yes — there will be staff presence on site,
including overnight supervision.


REFUNDS/CHANGES?
Refunds are available up until 1 week out
from the event. After that, no refunds.
